This policy describes how Atarika ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data on The Amazing Studio (theamazing.studio, the "Service"). We keep it short and honest — we collect the minimum the Service needs to run.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email address and a securely hashed password when you register. We never store your password in readable form.
- Production data — the product photos you upload, your creative briefs, and the storyboards, clips and films the Service generates for you.
- Optional likeness photos — if you choose to feature a specific person in a film, the photo you upload is used solely to generate that production. You must have that person's permission.
- Payment data — payments are processed by Cardcom, a licensed Israeli payment provider. Your card number never reaches our servers; we store only the order reference, amount and status.
- Contact messages — messages sent via the contact form (name, email, message).
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) kept for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a local preference that remembers you dismissed the cookie notice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your data
- To operate your account, generate your productions and deliver your films.
- To process credit purchases and prevent fraud.
- To send transactional email (password reset, receipts). No marketing email without your consent.
- To improve the Service using aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns.
Where your media lives
Generated media (storyboards, clips, films) is stored with trusted cloud infrastructure providers — media storage/CDN and database hosting — under our accounts and access controls. Your productions are private to your account unless you explicitly opt in to featuring a film in our public gallery (you can change that any time from Work History).
AI processing
Producing your film involves sending your product photo and brief to third-party AI generation services for image, video and music synthesis. We send only what a production requires, and we do not authorise these providers to use your content for advertising of their own.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the processors above (payment, hosting, storage, AI generation, email delivery), and where the law requires it.
Retention & deletion
Your account and productions are kept while your account is active. You can delete your account yourself at any time from your account panel (Account → Delete account). When you do, your account is closed immediately and all media you created — films, storyboards and clips — is removed from our servers within 7 business days and permanently deleted from our cloud storage after that. You may also request deletion by emailing info@atarika.co.il. We retain only the records we must keep by law (e.g., tax records of purchases), which no longer tie to a live account.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (and, where applicable, the GDPR) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consents you have given. Contact us at info@atarika.co.il or on WhatsApp +972-53-577-7712.
Security
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, payment card data is handled exclusively by Cardcom, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be announced on the site.
