These terms govern the use of The Amazing Studio (theamazing.studio, the "Service"), operated by Atarika ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing credits you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Amazing Studio generates advertising films from product photos using artificial intelligence: a storyboard, animated shots, an original soundtrack and a rendered vertical video. Generation is a creative, probabilistic process — results vary between runs, and that variability is part of the product, not a defect.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person or business per account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent credit accounting, or violate these terms.
3. Credits, pricing & billing
- The Service is priced per production: one credit = one finished film. The current price is US $14.90 per credit (prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the one you pay).
- New accounts may include free trial credits at our discretion.
- Payments are processed securely by Cardcom, a licensed Israeli payment provider. Credits are added to your account when payment completes.
- A credit is consumed when a production is started (the storyboard is generated). If a production fails technically before delivering a film, the credit is refunded to your account automatically.
- Refunds: unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase — contact us. Credits already consumed by completed productions are not refundable, including when you dislike the creative result (you approve the storyboard before the film is produced, and you may regenerate frames at that stage).
4. Your content and your responsibilities
- You confirm you own or are licensed to use every photo you upload — including the product, its design and any logos in it.
- If you upload a photo of a person to feature in a film, you confirm you have that person's informed consent to use their likeness.
- You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, deceptive (including fake endorsements of real people without consent), or harmful.
5. Ownership & licence
- Your films are yours. Subject to payment, we assign to you all rights we hold in the delivered film for any lawful commercial use, worldwide, forever.
- We retain the right to operate the Service — meaning your content is processed by our infrastructure and AI providers solely to produce your films.
- Your productions appear in our public gallery only if you opt in (asked at first download; changeable any time in Work History).
6. AI disclosure
Films are AI-generated. People, places and scenes in generated films are synthetic unless you supplied them. You are responsible for complying with any disclosure obligations that apply to your use of AI-generated media in your jurisdiction and platforms.
7. Availability & support
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is", without uptime guarantees. Support is available by email (info@atarika.co.il) and WhatsApp.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how you use the generated films.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
